Nov 26-27, Thurs-Fri – Thanksgiving Recess

Dec 24, Thurs – Jan 3, Sun – Winter Recess (including Christmas and New Year’s Day). Students return to school on Monday Jan 4.

2010

Jan 18, Mon – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Feb 1, Mon – Fall term ends for High School students. No high school students will be in attendance. Chancellor’s Conference Day. All other students will be in attendance.

Feb 2, Tues – Spring term begins for High School students.

Feb 15-19, Mon-Fri – Midwinter Recess (inluding Washington’s Birthday)

March 29 – Apr 6, Mon-Tues – Spring  Recess (including Good Friday, Easter and Passover), students return to school Wednesday, April 7.

May 31, Mon– Memorial Day Observed

June 10, Thurs – Chancellor’s Conference Day in all five boroughs. Students in all five boroughs WILL NOT BE IN ATTENDANCE.

June 24, Thurs – In non-District 75 high schools having to administer Regents Exams from June 15 through June 23, students will not be in attendance on Regents Rating Day, Thursday June 24.

June 28, Mon – LAST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR ALL STUDENTS. Early dismissal of students to be scheduled.
